Ryan is a job developer. He helps those who are ready to leave the Deseret Industries program find their next job.
He facilitates virtual trainings with people in Utah, Oregon, and Washington every day. In these groups, associates learn job search skills, set goals, and report on progress. Ryan meets with prospective employers to find out their needs and set up interviews. Ryan loves getting to help people confidently find careers that make them happy.
