“I started working at DI because I have depression and anxiety and was having trouble with other jobs,” Jeremy says. “I was recommended to go here for the training program, and now I am working to become a job coach.”

At Deseret Industries, Jeremy has developed confidence in his abilities and has been inspired to help others find their passions and reach their own goals. When asked about his interest in becoming a job coach, Jeremy highlighted the mission of DI.

“Being here is great, but for most people, this is just a steppingstone,” Jeremy says. “I want to help them reach for those bigger things. It’s not just about being a good DI employee, it’s about being a good worker wherever you go.”

Jeremy loves the satisfaction he feels after a day of hard work, which he largely attributes to finding purpose in DI's mission.

“Here, I see the good that happens,” Jeremy says.
