To Angelique, "DI is family."
As a child, she had always dreamed of being a nurse, but faced many challenges reaching her dreams. Nine years ago, Angelique, her husband, and their four children moved to America from a refugee camp in Tanzania.
With the assistance of Deseret Industries, Angelique hopes to resume her studies and become a nurse someday. “DI makes me very happy,” she says.
